Kachemak Charters wants to deliver a great experience for your hard earned dollar. Considering that a motel room is $150-$250 per night/double occupancy in Homer, meals for a day cost approximately $75-$100 per person, it costs anywhere from $150-$225+ per person a day just to stay in Homer.  That is without any excursions.  When you factor in the cost of food and lodging saved by enjoying our hospitality.  Our trips are an incredible deal!

Then factor in the value of your fish, given that Coal Point Trading in Homer sells halibut fillets for $23 a pound.  One 20 pound live weight halibut will yield approximately 12 pounds of fillets and you will have about $275 worth of halibut -the trip pays for itself, and you get the experience of a lifetime.   Any fish over and above that is just pure gravy!

I know this sounds like some kind of politician’s fuzzy math, but trust us on this, you will have a great time, eat well, see sights that most people will never get to see, and sleep in a cove where very few lucky individuals will ever get to see.  This is math that even Congress can figure out. Book a trip with Kachemak Charters today!
